As part of Microsoft's move to understand business computing, the company is taking a stab at PC management. It will run 6,000 PCs for an Energizer division. Microsoft apparently already eats its own dog food. By supporting users in this way, it may find out what it's like to clean up the mess. Have I taken this metaphor too far?
